Featuring more than forty models and a multitude of original photographs and technical data, this book is the definitive reference on the Münch brand. Each model has its own chapter with a brief historical description and photos showing how the various models originally looked. The book covers the period from 1948 to 2025.
Prominent figures from the Münch scene, such as Konrad Czwordon, Rolf Damen, and Mike Kron, contributed to the development of this model book. This unique historical document is a compilation of the knowledge of these individuals. It contains period-accurate photographs sourced from the archives of several Münch insiders. The book is the only one of its kind to provide a complete description of the world’s first and last Superbike, the Münch Mammoth.

The first 150 books are a special limited edition, numbered and signed, and presented in a luxury box. The English edition is available starting September 4th 2021.

‘Mit Herz und Seele’ describes how Friedel Münch started constructing and developing motorcycles from early in his career. After spending many years building racing motorcycles, he designed and built the infamous Münch Mammoth. Münch was driven by his desire to experiment; many of the original plans and projects are documented for the first time within this book. The legendary Helmut Faths‘s URS Engine Project is described in great detail, along with many original documents from the project. In 1969, the Münch motorcycle company purchased this amazing project for racing purposes. The story is brought up to date with full descriptions of Thomas Petsch’s Münch Mammoth 2000. Both books are rich with historical images, including many pictures and drawings never before published.
